Payment
You pay 25% of the total cost of your holiday as a deposit to reserve your holiday when you book.
You pay the balance of 75% no later than 6 weeks prior to your arrival date.
If you are making your booking within 6 weeks of your arrival date then you pay 100% of your holiday cost when you book.
Payments may be made by card through the online booking page, or if you wish to pay by BACS please email or call direct.

Cancellation
The 25% deposit is non-refundable deposit, unless we are unable to provide the accommodation for you (see terms and conditions).
If you cancel prior to 6 weeks before your arrival date we will refund the 75% balancing payment if you have paid it. If you have not paid it, you will not be required to do so. The 25% is non-refundable.
If you cancel your booking within 6 weeks of your arrival date there is no automatic right to a refund. But if we are able to re-let , we will refund the 75% of your cost from what we are able to recover.
